The board and staff the LAKS are committed every day to making the association run smoothly, but we can’t do it without active members. Fortunately, there are already many active members who help keep LAKS running.
Presidium
The Presidium consists of three people and is responsible for chairing and conducting the General Assembly (AGM). They ensure that all decisions are made according to the LAKS Constitution and Rules of Procedure (HR). If you want to submit papers or motions for the ALV, the Presidium is the place to be. Also, if you have questions about the proceedings of an ALV, you can contact them.

Application Committee (SoCo)
The Application Committee has a very important task: to put together a new board. The SoCo does the interviews with the applicants and organizes a case day so that they can assess the applicants and then put together a good board. The SoCo nominates the candidate board at the ALV with a request for the members to agree to the new board.

Progress Committee (VoCo)
The Progress Committee consists of four members who keep an eye on the progress of the association. The VoCo looks at the performance of the board members and the broader developments of the association. In addition, the VoCo also monitors the treasurer’s policies. For each AGM, the VoCo writes a report.
